The Placement has been undertaken on the same terms and at the same issue price as the Company's recent placement approved by shareholders on 13 June 2026. The Placement received strong support from several UK sophisticated investors, further broadening the Company's shareholder base. SI Capital (UK) acted as lead manager for the placing. SI Capital (UK) acted as lead manager and will be paid a fee of 6% on placing proceeds but will receive no fee on the commitment from the UK cornerstone investor. The Placement will be undertaken using the Company's available placement capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1. Settlement of the Placement is scheduled to occur on Monday, 6 July 2026, with allotment of the new shares expected on Wednesday, 8 July 2026. The new shares will rank equally with the Company's existing fully paid ordinary shares on issue.
