In accordance with Item 5.2 of Appendix 6A of the ASX Listing Rules, the Company provides the following information to holders of the Options: a) The total number of Options on issue is 19,372,056; b) The number of fully paid ordinary shares in the Company to be issued on exercise of the Options is 19,372,056; c) The exercise price of each Option is $0.16; d) The due date for payment of the exercise price is 31 July 2026; e) If payment in cleared funds is not received by the Expiry Date, the Options will expire unexercised and all rights attaching to the Options will cease; f) Official quotation of the Options on ASX will cease at the close of trading on Monday, 27 July 2026, being four business days before the Expiry Date; g) The latest available market price of the Company's fully paid ordinary shares prior to the date of this announcement was $0.40 per share on 30 June 2026; h) During the three months preceding the date of this announcement, the highest market sale price of the Company's fully paid ordinary shares was A$0.049 on 15 April 2026 and 27 April 2026, and the lowest market sale price was A$0.032 on 8 May 2026; and i) As at the date of this announcement, there are no underwriting agreements in relation to the Options. The Company notes that the Options are currently out of the money. Accordingly, the Company will not be dispatching personalised option expiry notices to option holders in accordance with paragraph 5.3 of Appendix 6A of the ASX Listing Rules unless the market price of the Company's shares exceeds the exercise price prior to the Expiry Date.
